Current Inflation is Real (Actual) or Notional?

In our opinion current inflation is the notional Inflation because there is no shortage in Supply and no increase in Demand, but because of the speculation in commodities put the commodities price at notional level, which show the WPI up and showing the improper picture of Economy, which are always temporary in nature, once the game of speculation is over the price will come down…
