What will be the correct level of stock market in Bear and Bull Market?

For correct level of Bear Market,

the ratio of Total Market Capitalisation / GDP of that country

must be greater than 1,

and

for correct level of Bull Market,

the ratio of Total Market Capitalisation / GDP of that country

must be less than 1.5.

if it is not,

that means the Conductor to the Market has poor knowledge of

Market Activities.
